  • Its purpose is to inform aspects of our submission to NICE (the National Institute of Clinical Excellence) which is currently assessing its guidance on Topotecan, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin hydrochloride (Caelyx) and Paclitaxel (Taxol), as treatments for recurring or resistant ovarian cancer.
  • It is not for medical research purposes, but is a snapshot of patient experience.
  • No medical details will be retained on our computers. You are not asked for your name or other identifying features. If you are submitting this form by email we shall not retain your details unless you agree.

The questionnaire is an adaption based on the Chemotherapy Symptom Assessment Scale (C-SAS) (Brown et al (2001)) International Journal of Nursing Studies 38 497-510 and the EORTC QLQ-C30, by the following health professionals:
